insomnia

No school so..lately i have been experiencing some sleeping disorders because i sleep at about 3 or 4 o'clock and i won't tell what time did i actually wake up. It's personal to me WAHAHA.


well somehow i managed to change that by following some very simple steps.


1. Avoid getting into argument or late night conversations, especially webcam-ing or ym-ing. or even fb-ing. those can be quite addictive. just ask aied.
2. Avoid alcohol, heavy meals and tobacco products 6 hours before bed. wiuu.
3. exercise during daytime. walking is  the trick. and please, do not include walking to the toilet or to your bedroom as a form of exercise-walking. *smack in the face*
4. Get at least one hour of direct sunlight. Everyday.
5. Keep your bedroom as dark as possible. This helps me a lot. And i mean a lot.
6. Play soft music while in bed. Now i wouldn't recommend any song in which you tend to sing along. Try listening to verses of al-Quran. korang hafal? HAHAHA. ( I love sarcasm)
7. Turn your bed to a heaven for sleepy head. Dress it according to your likes. Nak kemas pun pandai2 kau.
8. Lure yourself to bed. wiuu. For example, soothe yourself with loving thoughts. Don't think of your boyfriend/girlfriend/boyfriends/girlfriends as it may get you excited. HAHA.


well, that's the least of my suggestions. Got them from personal experience and wikihow.

d last one,'soothe urself with loving thoughts'...boyfriend/girlfriend or boyfriends/gorlfriends is categorised as 'happy' thoughts.u realise dat dont u?wahahaha~no dirty thinking here pliz..i mean it!
